Welcome to Guidr, a product owned and operated by Reimagine Agency Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By accessing or using Guidr, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

1. About Guidr

Guidr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to configure interactive product tours. This includes creating, managing, and displaying guided onboarding steps, including text and image content.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Guidr. By creating an account, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Plans and Billing

We offer both:

• A Free Plan with limited features

• A Pro Plan, billed monthly via Stripe

All billing is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing to a paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are provided.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your plan at any time directly from your account settings. Refunds are only issued within 14 days of purchase. After that period, charges are non-refundable.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload (including but not limited to text and images). Guidr does not assume responsibility for user-generated content.

6. Availability and Technical Issues

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Reimagine Agency Group LLC is not liable for any downtime, technical failures, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Guidr platform remain with Reimagine Agency Group LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Guidr if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you accept the revised Terms.
